Welcome to my universe
So many retreats out there, so many ideas… When I decided to create Me, Here, Now, I asked myself “Lucie, what is the dream retreat you’d like to experience yourself?”. And I got the answer. I put all together my favorite elements so it could, hopefully, resonate with you as well. This unique retreat is the consecration of years spent traveling, practicing yoga, marveling at the world, and curating my favorite experiences into one unique offering: the vibrant energy of an island, the warm embrace of the Mediterranean, nourishing vegan cuisine, creative yoga practices, a high dose of spirituality and the power of sound healing.
The inspiration for “Me Here Now" sprouted during my last yoga & meditation training in Mexico. At that point everything (yes literally everything) became a spiritual practice for me. From the morning's ocean dip to the touch of sunlight on my skin, even the act of nourishing oneself became sacred.
I wish to share those transformative techniques with you over the course of 5 nights and 6 days, so you can bring them into your own life journey. Because essentially, this is what it is about, right? So are you ready to delve into my universe?

Our retreat space: Har en Mar
Har en Mar is an old typical Finca located in a valley in the area of Cala Salada in Ibiza. There is silence, there is sun, there are olive trees and fresh flowers. There is shade to nap under the trees, a spacious ground for yoga, soft cushions to meditate.
The moon comes by to say hi every night. We also have a garden and we aim to use as much as we can from its creations. Beaches like Sandy Cala Saladeta or the rocks of Punta Galera at walkable distance. This Finca is simple, and we cared in detail to make it special. Moroccan and minimal style decorate the space, the small terraces and sitting areas.
If you are looking for a holiday of peaceful grounding, to be in contact with nature and to connect both with your body & the infinite, this is it :)

Meet your host, Lucie
Photo: Janine Khayati
As a +900h certified yoga teacher and sound facilitator, Lucie is dedicated to share her understanding of yoga in a way that goes beyond words— creating transformative experiences on and off the mat.
She designs holistic and immersive practices, weaving together breath control, meditation, creative sequencing and sound healing.
With a strong focus on fluid & playful transitions, movement exploration and strength building, Lucie encourages her students to explore their full potential in every practice. She cultivates balance between strength and softness, where movement flows with purpose.
Whether guiding a dynamic flow or leading a meditative sound healing session, her approach is rooted in mindfulness, allowing each practitioner to expand their mind-body connection on a deeper level.
Based in Berlin where she teaches in renowned studios, Lucie extends her reach internationally, offering retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings that invite students to reconnect with themselves, explore new movement patterns, and discover the power of sound and intention in their practice.
Meet the chef, Alejandro
Ale is a plant-based chef who began his culinary journey learning food preparation within his family, which has indigenous roots in Paraguay. Later, he trained in various restaurants as a cook and discovered that what was missing in the process of food creation was intention, presence, and care. In other words, the food was overloaded with stress, tension, and haste.
Ale has been trained as an expert in Hygienist Nutrition after attending Espacio Depurativo in Argentina and learning Hygienist techniques as part of the purifying cure. He has been facilitating healing retreats focused on food preparation, workshops about healthy cooking, gut health, and various therapies that support the healing journey, including tools from reiki, pranic healing, massage, and aromatherapy.
As an expert in nutrition, Ale's mission is to support individuals in deconstructing false beliefs about food and health to reorganize their connection to nourishment. He proposes ways and formulas that promote the dynamic and natural balance of the body.
